It's been a long and interesting journey with Marko but we finally, thanks to his support, we could deeply understand the problem and implement sustainable actions. Very good job from Marko and from all Draxton Brno team!!

I met Dr. Marko Grzinčič many years ago at the Economic Commission of Foundry Association of the Czech Republic as a strong leader and skilled manager working for automotive concerns. His goals were too far from my common issues in a small cast iron foundry. Couple years ago, I met Marko again and I found a great open-minded man with his own innovative company DETYCON Solutions. His experience and advice helped me think about our business in a different way and since then, we have made couple projects that helped us. Dr. Marko Grzincic is one of the most efficient professional that I have had the pleasure to work with. He has great leadership skills and he is extremely capable to learn quickly. Beside that he has great ability to motivate others around him to hold similar standards. He is able to challenge others but at the same time is there to help when needed. He would be an asset to any technical/management team. Dr. Grzincic has a diverse educational and work experience background which will allowed him to undertake a new challenges in different areas easily. He possessed strong background in metallurgy and natural sciences and with his personal characteristics (patient, cooperative and pleasant) he is adaptive to any work.

I have known Dr. Grzinčič since ´09. That year, he was a manager at Nemak SK. So far, I have been with him in a personal contact. I evaluate him from the following aspects.
Expertise: While solving technolog. problems as well as research work, he has demonstrated excellent knowledge. During profess. discussions, argues logically and in an erudite way, always showing a continuing interest in increasing his theoretical and technolog. knowledge.
Organizational skills: He showed them as the main organizer of international conferences as well as in the conduct of research teams focusing on technological issues and projects.
Language skills, communication: I had the opportunity to listen to his fluent English and German (techn. and general language) during his visit at the TU in Kosice as well as at conferences.
He is communicative, sociable, open, and tactful, a strong personality. He has very good stylistic expression, is able to communicate not only in the professional field but in the full range of social topics.
Conclusion: Due to the above characteristics, I am persuaded that he is the right person for top management positions.

Herr Dr. Grzincic ist mir seit seiner Tätigkeit als Promovend an meinem Lehrstuhl für Urformtechnik bestens bekannt. In der Zeit seiner wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit als Assistent war er stets ernsthaft und ehrgeizig um neue Erkenntnisse bei der Bewältigung der Forschungsaufgaben bemüht. Es zeichnet ihn besonders aus, dass er eigene Wege bei der Lösung der Forschungsaufgaben und anderer technischer Zielstellungen verfolgt. Ich wünsche Herrn Dr. Grzincic auch weiterhin eine erfolgreiche Tätigkeit in der ingenieurtechnischen Arbeit.
